Ave Philomena, Inc is a Kansas not-for-profit corporation organized within the meaning of Sections 170(c)(2)(B), 2055(a)(2) and 2522(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code and is currently in the process of being approved for 501 (c)(3) status. When you make a monetary donation to Ave Philomena, Inc. through our website, these payments will be handled by our third party payment service providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) and we will not receive nor retain a copy of your bank account or payment card details. We do collect your transaction data which includes details about payments to and from you.

Ave Philomena Inc. also collects your email address in order to issue a receipt for your contribution. We may also retain your email address for future communications and as part of your contact data.
