One way that Ave Philomena Religious Oratory Inc. will look to fulfill its purpose is by hosting retreats and conferences. These endeavors include bringing content and resources to the faithful seeking to learn the Catholic faith and develop their prayer life on their journey to knowing, loving, and serving Jesus Christ.
A key ingredient is giving people the opportunities and space to help their minds and hearts enter into silence so that God might act powerfully.

Sister Wilhelmina
Consider adding to your pilgrimage a visit to the incorrupt body of Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster; the foundress of the Benedictine Sisters of Mary, Queen of the Apostles, who died in 2019. The Abbey is in Gower, Missouri, about an hour north of Kansas City.
You can read more about Sister Wilhelmina here. And the Abbey’s visiting schedule here.
